Create a webhook endpoint. POST
Create an incoming webhook endpoint. Its URL token and signing secret are returned only by this operation or an explicit rotation; the endpoint keeps only a hash of the token.
Decide a workflow approval. POST
Approve or deny the approval step a workflow run is waiting on. Who may decide follows the approval request: its named approvers, holders of its approver permission, or their delegates. Requesters cannot approve their own authorize requests. With several approvers required, the run resumes once enough have approved.
