How system administrators manage the integration marketplace catalog under /admin/integrations, including availability, install scopes, categories, logos and resource links.
Admin Integrations manages the marketplace catalog that organizations browse at /{orgSlug}/integrations. It lives at /admin/integrations, under Admin > Operations > Integrations.
| Route | Purpose |
|---|---|
/admin/integrations | List every integration in the catalog. |
/admin/integrations/{integrationSlug} | Edit one integration's catalog entry. |
The catalog entries themselves ship with the platform. This page edits how each entry appears and how it can be installed; it does not create new integrations or change how a provider connects. Tenant installation and connection flows are described in Integrations.
Each integration has a catalog status: Available, Coming soon, Planned, Suggested or Deprecated. Only Available integrations are ready to install; the other statuses label roadmap or retired entries in the marketplace.
Separately, an integration is Enabled or disabled. Disabled integrations are hidden from tenant marketplace pages.
Categories control marketplace filters: Inbox, Agenda, Messaging, Calendar, Native, Automation, Billing, Files and Coming soon.
The list shows Integration (name, provider and slug), Status, Categories, Usage and Requests. Usage is the number of installations. Requests is the number of times organizations requested a requestable integration. Search the list and use Filters for visibility, catalog status and category.
Open an integration, for example /admin/integrations/google-calendar. The page has four sections, each with Save changes and Cancel.
Edit the public name, provider, short description, long description and keywords. Upload, replace or remove the logo; logos accept SVG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB.
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Shows or hides the integration in tenant marketplaces. |
| Status | Sets the catalog status described above. |
| Featured | Pins the integration to the top of the marketplace. |
| Requestable | Lets organizations request the integration. |
| Allow multiple installs | Allows more than one installation. |
| Organization installs | Allows installation for the whole organization. |
| User installs | Allows installation for an individual user. |
Select the categories the integration appears under.
Set the website, support, documentation, terms and privacy policy URLs shown on the integration detail page.
Integration installation errors appear in the attention queue on the operations dashboard and link back to the integration's admin page.
| Key | Effect |
|---|---|
platform.admin.access | Opens Admin Integrations in read-only form. |
platform.integration.manage | Enables the edit controls and is checked when saving catalog changes and logos. |
