Adopted tables keep organization_id; block-created tables use the library's tenant column until better-supabase offers a global tenant column name.
CentraKit names the tenant column organization_id everywhere, and tenancy lives in the URL (invariant 4). better-supabase blocks write tenant_id on the tables they create, and map the tenant column of an adopted table through columns.<table>.tenant.
