The React Compiler memoizes components; hand-written memoization stays only where React Doctor or a library needs it.
The standard allows no hand-written useMemo, useCallback or memo. The React Compiler is on in the SaaS app, but TanStack Table column definitions must keep a stable identity, and extracted copy computed from t() calls is easier to read in one useMemo.
