0017: Toolchain exceptions to the repo standard
The classic TypeScript alias, the default checker count, and the standard toolchain items we hold back until upstream catches up.
0019: Supabase-backed jobs, rate limits, flags and storage
Jobs, rate limits, feature flags and file storage run on the better-supabase modules and Supabase Storage instead of Vercel Queues, Firewall rules, Vercel Flags and Blob.

Invoice and quote amounts stay numeric for EN 16931, VAT rates stay percentages, and Files keep a soft delete with restore.
The repo standard stores money as integer minor units (*_cents bigint), rates as integer basis points, and adds deleted_at only with an ADR. CentraKit's documents follow EN 16931 and Peppol BIS, which carry line quantities and unit prices with up to four decimals and round totals to two. About 200 columns use numeric(14, 4) or numeric(14, 2), and VAT rates are numeric(5, 2) percentages such as 21.00. Files have a trash with restore and a purge job.
numeric: numeric(14, 4) for quantities, unit prices and discounts, and numeric(14, 2) for document totals. The contract carries them as numbers, and rounding to two decimals happens once, at the document total.amount_due_cents, amount_paid_cents, invoice charges, payment intents) stay integer cents, because Stripe works in minor units.numeric(5, 2) percentages, since EN 16931 (BT-152) expresses the VAT rate as a percentage. Platform fees use basis points (application_fee_bps).file_nodes.deleted_at is the one soft delete. It backs the Files trash, a check constraint keeps deleted_at, deletion_batch_id and purge_at in step, and partial indexes filter on deleted_at is null. Other tables archive with archived_at or delete.*_cents for integer minor units). Revisit if Peppol or EN 16931 drop decimal line amounts, or if a payment provider accepts decimal amounts.Last updated on
