0027: React Compiler memoization policy
The React Compiler memoizes components; hand-written memoization stays only where React Doctor or a library needs it.
0029: ISO 8601 strings in contracts
Contract schemas carry timestamps and dates as ISO 8601 strings and parse them to Temporal where code compares or computes.

The architecture rule attaches to TypeScript files, and the AGENTS.md invariants are the always-on summary.
The repo standard makes three rules always-on: architecture, writing and git-workflow, and path-scopes everything else. CentraKit's architecture.mdc is about 10.7 KB, close to the size of AGENTS.md itself, while writing and git-workflow are about 1 KB each. Most of it only matters when editing TypeScript: the SaaS feature-slice layout, the naming table and the cache-key rules. AGENTS.md already lists the thirteen architecture invariants, which every session loads.
architecture.mdc attaches to apps/** and packages/** TypeScript files instead of loading always. The numbered invariants in AGENTS.md are the always-on summary, and the rule holds the detail. learned-product.mdc is always-on next to writing and git-workflow, because it carries the white-label and locale facts that apply to copy, SQL and docs as much as to code.
