0014: Declarative Schemas 2.0 and a one-time reset
The database is declared one table per file in domain folders, generated by pg-delta, and redesigned in a single breaking reset.

GitHub Actions builds skip the Turbopack build cache, because a cold SaaS build with it runs the 7 GB runner out of memory.

Maintainers and agents commit straight to develop instead of opening one branch and pull request per change.
The shared repo standard puts every agent run on its own <type>/<short-topic> branch with one pull request into the working branch. CentraKit has a small team, only develop and main deploy on Vercel, and feature branches get no preview. A pull request per change adds review overhead without a preview to review, while the Lefthook pre-commit and pre-push hooks already run pnpm verify:affected on every commit.
The standard allows a direct-to-develop variant when a repo records it in AGENTS.md and in an ADR.
Commit and push straight to develop with small conventional commits and explicit git add <path>. Never skip hooks. main moves only through the develop to main pull request, which runs the full CI and the Changesets release.
Changes to .github/ workflows and actions are the exception. They go on a branch with a pull request into develop, so the new workflows run on pull_request before they reach the branch that deploys.
develop preview without waiting for a review.develop is the first full gate, so a push that passes the affected hooks can still fail the integration, Supabase or build suites there. The integration shards run without a database; the Live database suites job in verify.yml runs the live RLS and repository suites against a native local stack, and database.yml runs pgTAP when supabase/** changes. Fix forward on develop.main needs branch protection with the required checks, because it is the only branch that gates a release.Last updated on
