0046: Finance and trade blocks, and the blocks left out

CentraKit installs the imports, tax, accounting, periods, banking, contacts, inventory, legal-entities and document-templates blocks, and leaves out assets, inspections and maintenance.

Context

better-supabase 0.50.0 ships blocks for imports, tax, accounting, periods, banking, contacts, inventory, legal entities and document templates. CentraKit hand-built customers, suppliers, stock and purchase orders before these blocks existed, and it has no ledger, tax codes or bank reconciliation. A service business that migrates from an ERP such as AgroIT needs all of them.

The same release has blocks for assets, inspections and maintenance. They look close to CentraKit's machine domain, but they do not fit it.

Decision

Install these blocks in better-supabase.config.ts:

imports, with events: { default: "skip" } and audit: "summary". App import targets are added with the importer.
tax, periods, banking, legal-entities and document-templates.
accounting with chart: "none", because an organization brings its own chart of accounts.
contacts and inventory. They are installed next to the hand-built customers, contact_profiles and stock tables. The cutover that replaces the hand-built tables is a separate breaking change per block.

Permissions map to new PermDock resources (tax, accounting, period, banking, legalEntity, documentTemplate, dataImport and contact). inventory reuses the existing product, order and purchase order permissions, because stock is part of those screens. Members read tax and contacts, edit contacts and reconcile bank transactions. Admins hold the books, periods, imports, legal entities and templates.

Leave these blocks out:

assets has no machine fields such as a make, model, meter reading or owner that is optional. CentraKit keeps customer_assets hand-built and extends it.
inspections is built for ISO audit checklists. A vehicle inspection such as an APK is a dated result with a due date, not an audit.
maintenance depends on the dispatch work orders, which duplicate tasks. Service plans are a lightweight table on the CentraKit side.

Two options stay off for now:

legal-entities does not number invoices (on leaves out invoices). Invoice numbers restart every year, and the block's number guard treats number as unique per organization. The guard needs a series or scope column option before invoices can join.
discountMatrix stays off on invoices and quotes. The generated lines call resolve_line_discount with the customer id as uuid, and the catalog function takes the party as text, so setting a line fails. It returns once the block casts the party.

Consequences

The schema gains the block tables in the better_supabase schema, and quote numbers are guarded by the legal entity trigger instead of a unique constraint.
Later phases move customers, suppliers, stock and purchase orders onto contacts and inventory, and add tax codes to document lines.
The gaps above are reported to better-supabase: a numbering scope for the legal entity guard and a text cast in the discount matrix call.
